With both packages you will get a comprehensive website strategy workbook, either way you will fill out website copy exercises but in the 10 day experience we will write the website copy for you and in some sections we may use AI.

We have a comprehensive website and brand strategy process that we have streamlined over the years, so you can expect a perfectly structured process from start to finish.

With that said, we do use AI in some parts of the process to help with developing copy but we use your comprehensive website workbook to make it sound impactful and magnetic.

Google does not penalize content written with AI, but as a transparent service provider I do have this disclaimer to let you know that in this digital age AI is here to stay, and we use it for good reasons.

We design sites on the Duda Agency Platform 

• You will get your own client login and credentials and will be able to have full control of your site once we deliver it
• No, if for some weird reason I should decide as an agency owner to no longer have a web design business, you do not lose your site, worst case scenario that you don't want to work with us in the future, we transfer your site to your own Duda account
• You are going to be the legitimate owner of your site, you will purchase your own domain and only give me access as your website designer to connect your domain to the Duda platform

No worries! In your onboarding process we will discuss tech logistics, and depending on what your business needs your monthly hosting may vary, or you will have to consider the fee of the third-party platform in your monthly or annual website costs. If you need custom setup for something else other than Mailerlite or Moxie we can do that with an extra cost and extra project days in your contract.

We will review your business and if we see we'd be a good fit to work together we will send over my pricing guide, discuss the logistics and ideas for your project. If you decide to move forward you will get the link to book, sign your contract, and get started on all the website deliverables we will need to gather before we start working on your project.

I recommend keeping in mind that in order to have a premium outcome, website photography is very important. You should plan to have a professional photoshoot that will elevate the result of your website. 

However, we also work with free and paid stock image sites to source beautiful imagery in case you don't want to do a photoshoot but we will also discuss the details prior to our week together.

So that you can go to sleep knowing that you're not alone with the tech part of your biz and there are people like me that do the nerdy back end stuff and troubleshooting

There are no refunds. You can reschedule your kick-off date once. If you need to reschedule more than one time you will have to pay a penalization fee to book the service again and block out time on our calendar.

A huge part of getting this done is getting your deliverables on time and complete.

You will have to submit your deliverables 1 week prior to the kick-off date.

Our comprehensive brand and website strategy workbook takes some clients 1 full week or even one month to fill out. It really depends on how established your business is, how clear you have each offer and how you deliver each service. If none of that is established, my workbook will help you lay out all those details, and if you already have that, filling it out will be a lot faster.

You can take your time filling it out which is why you can pick a kick-off date 60 days in the future to secure your spot, and not feel rushed in the process.    

You also have access to text message me while you are in the pre-work phase so you can ask me any questions picking my brain prior to your project start date.  

Also if you choose to add extras to your package, the whole timeline will increase 2-3 weeks and this will be explained in your contract.

Don't worry, this is a flexible experience where days 1-3 are non-negotiable and once we kick-off your project you need to be available for ongoing communication on days 1-3, but days 4 -5 or 4-10 can be spaced out 1-2 weeks after we deliver a website draft so that you can take your time to review your documents and request one thorough round of edits. 

We will discuss the dates and logistics of your booked days after signing your contract.
