Lately, we hear that to be successful in our professional and personal lives we have to have the "abundance mentality" almost as if it were a requirement; but what is that? how do we cultivate it? or how do we start to implement it? In this post I will share 10 abundance affirmations for your business and some of the tips that helped me better understand this topic, completely changing my mentality.

What is the abundance mentality and how can I attract it to my business?

I like to say that the abundance mentality is the art of not asking for things and knowing that the universe is so big and infinite that it has room for everyone's success. Our mind is the most powerful tool we have and learning to use it to our advantage can ease the way, making us feel like we have control of a magic wand in our hands to make anything possible.

If you ask me, the first step to creating an abundance mindset is to reset your mind and introspect the limiting beliefs you have about your business. That is, if you constantly say phrases like "I'm not going to make it", "the competition is better than me", "I'm very bad in my finances", "I'm a bad entrepreneur" etc. In which you devalue your work by minimizing it, your subconscious will validate those few thoughts, attracting them and turning them into reality.

On the other hand, if every day you start to see the glass half full and repeat to yourself that you are doing your best effort, that your ideas are good, that your knowledge evolves every day and that your products or services are worth every penny, you will begin to experience the benefits of abundance affirmations.

Although at first it may seem like an absurd practice, it has been proven that when your brain hears something, it often begins to believe it. Abundance affirmations will allow you to modify actions, behaviors and attitudes, getting closer and closer to your goals, dreams and ambitions.

If you have been repeating these affirmations to the mirror for a while and you still don’t notice any change, you are probably doing something wrong, but do not worry, this could be for many reasons. Remember that results don’t happen overnight and magically, they require your mind to believe them first so that you can turn thoughts into action.

Speaking from gratitude is essential, especially when it comes to affirmations. Consider that you are one step further to making your dream business come true. So take a moment to observe what you have around you and be thankful that all those sleepless nights, anger, sadness and moments of despair are getting you closer to achieving your goals every day.

Many times when formulating these sentences we forget to do it in the present tense, to make this easier, you can start with words like "I am", "I have" and "I am".
